Service professional: Prêt-à-Manger

- Service of customers at the prêt-à-manger counter;
- Respond to customer questions and requests;
- Layout and management of product offering;
- Production and service of products offered at the hot and cold counters;
- Operate a Toledo scale for pricing of products;
- Operation of a POS (cash, credit, debit & gift card);
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
- Preparation of certain products for the counter and the kitchen;
- Platter presentation of products for catering orders;
- Flexible availability: 7h30 to 20h30 (M-F) & 7:30 to 18h30 (Sat);
- All other duties as requested by management.
- 2+ years working in the restaurant/catering and/or grocery industry;
- Extensive knowledge of prepared foods (meals, salads, sandwiches, etc.);
- High-level customer service (courteous, knowledgeable, efficient);
- Prior experience with opening and closing procedures;
- Prior experience with managing a team;
- Experience in hygiene and food safety.
