JOB TITLE: Service Crew Captain- Hospitality Experience
REPORTS TO: Hospitality Experience Manager and Event Experience Manager
Reporting directly to the Hospitality Experience Manager and Event Experience Manager, the successful candidate is a dynamic, motivated team leader with significant food and beverage service experience. He or she will be responsible for a service team of up to 12 persons, subject to the venue and hours of service, and, in addition to assisting with service, will have accountability for ongoing training, mentoring, and service quality control and performance enhancement of their team. He or she will provide leadership by example and constructive supervision in a motivated team environment ensuring the experience and satisfaction of Members and guests is delivered at established elevated private club standards.
The Hospitality Service Crew Captains must exercise the necessary hands-on leadership over their service teams, be friendly, motivated, organized and efficient, with elevated interpersonal skills. He or she remains calm under pressure and possesses a strong team-oriented work ethic. Proficiency in English and French is required as well as moderate to significant food and beverage service experience in a high-service environment.
