Job description
Pullman is currently looking for a sommelier to complete our team.
The sommelier is in charge of the customer's experience, particularly for the service of wine and food. He/she works directly under the directions of the Maître D, with the rest of the wait staff.
He/she must have a good knowledge of wine and experience in the service industry.

Requirements
Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in the service industry.
Wine certification, Attestation de spécialisation professionnelle en sommellerie (ASP)
French and english.
Knowledge of the Maître D' system an extra.
Night shifts.
