Availability: Day/Evening/Weekend
Hourly Wage at Hiring: $17.33 + Tips
After 6 months: $17.70 + Tips
After 12 months: $21.33 + Tips

Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in service preparation.
- Greet guests and provide attentive, high-quality customer service.
- Assist with table cleaning and clearing.
- Present the menu and make suggestions, answering customers' questions about the food and beverages.
- Recommend and highlight menu items.
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area by following MAPAQ rules.
- Process sales (food, drinks, and coffee) and handle cash register transactions.
- Refill the counter.
- Prepare the workspace, open the cash register, and familiarize yourself with any special offers or promotions.
- Serve customers, guide them, provide product information, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Process transactions by receiving payments in cash, credit card, or debit card.
- Calculate the total receipts at the end of your shift and reconcile with total sales.
- Close the register, generate the cash report, and make deposits.
- Set up and take down banquet rooms.
- Provide service during banquets.
- Perform any other necessary tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and banquet service.
Requirements
Experience as a Barista is an asset.
Proficiency in operating an espresso machine.
Proficiency in POS systems.
Good interpersonal skills and a love for working with the public.
Sense of responsibility and punctuality.
Courtesy and politeness.
Bilingualism in French and English due to the international clientele.
Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
