Working under the direction of the Director of Sales, the key responsibilities of the Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:

Job Description:

  • Ability to identify, solicit and acquire new accounts that are a right fit for the hotel

  • Maintain existing accounts and booking repeat business

  • Respond promptly to incoming corporate & group opportunities

  • Manage and monitor and follow up all leads

  • Manage all accounts to maximize business potential 

  • Enter group rooming lists, manage cut offs and follow ups

  • Prepare materials, presentations for clients as required

·         The ability to attend and/or participate at networking events to meet with decision makers. 

·         Negotiating sales and closing business in a timely manner

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Coordinate and participate in sites & FAMs



  • Minimum  2 year of hotel sales and knowledge of hotel industry

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work with little supervision

  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of IQware or Salesforce is a plus

  • Outstanding phone-sales skills

·         Perfect communication skills 

·         Bilingual (French and English) both oral and written

·         Customer service oriented
