Le Smoking BBQ is looking for a motivated person who is passionate about customer service to join the sales team!
We are a growing company that works in the field of corporate events and catering services.
We have a fleet of 20 food trucks that offer food service such as lunches, happy hours or business dinners.
Your mandate:
- Respond to requests and calls for tenders and follow up by telephone and email.
- Respond to customer requests and support them according to their needs
- See to the concretization of current files.
- Write proposals, sales contracts or any other relevant documents.
- Establish professional relationships and lasting partnerships.
- Provide after-sales service to customers.
- Work in close collaboration with the other departments of the group.
- Assume various responsibilities throughout the organization, according to the needs expressed daily.
Qualifications
Profile :
Organized person, on the go, comfortable communicating by phone and email.
English and French bilingualism (written and spoken).
Knowledge of catering and catering an asset.
Interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit.
Ability to sell an asset.
Passionate about customer service.
Versatility.

Requirements
Good computer knowledge (MS Suite, Google sheets).
Have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
