Eau de Bain is a fast-growing, dynamic company specializing in luxury bath products that bring elegance and indulgence to every moment. We work with some of the very best hotels and corporate clients in the world to deliver exceptional experiences with our luxury bath balls, bath powders and shower steamers. 

The business has been around for 25 years but has since been purchased by a new owner that is looking to scale and grow. Our workshop is located close to Decarie and the role is expected to be 4 days / week in-person with a possibility to do 1 day remote per week.

The Role
We’re seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial Sales and Operations Associate to join our small but mighty team. This is an exciting opportunity for an intermediate-level professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow professionally. 

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Outreach: Connect with hotels and corporate groups to promote and sell our luxury bath products.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Operations Support: Assist with inventory management, order fulfillment, and overall operational efficiency.

• A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required—enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
• Interest in blending sales efforts with hands-on operational tasks.
• Adaptability and a collaborative attitude, ready to thrive and have fun in a small, fast-paced team.
