We are seeking a passionate Room Service Attendant to join our team. As a member of our food and beverage service team, your primary role will be to take guests’ orders for food and drinks and ensure their delivery and service directly to their rooms. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service. Your commitment and attention to detail will ensure an exceptional experience for our guests, leaving them with a memorable impression of their stay with us.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Take guests’ food and beverage orders in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Prepare service trays and carts with care and attention to detail.
  • Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide quality service by addressing any additional guest needs.
  • Collect used trays from rooms and hallways within the allotted time.
  • Make rounds on floors to retrieve dishes, tray tables, and trays left by guests in corridors.
  • Ensure the continuous supply of minibars available to hotel guests.
  • Check the inventory and cleanliness of minibars in each room.
  • Always maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to the establishment’s safety and hygiene standards.
