Job Nature

Explore the role of a Room Attendant, which involves ensuring guest comfort during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the necessary materials for cleaning based on assignment sheets (set up the cart).
• Perform housekeeping tasks and enhance guest comfort: change bedding and make beds; dust furniture; vacuum carpets, rugs, curtains, and upholstered furniture; sanitize and clean bathrooms and floors, and remove trash.
• Make the room appealing to guests (restock welcome products, stationery, and promotional items, deodorize well, etc.).
• Check the condition of furniture and equipment and report any irregularities concerning room standards.
• Perform the turndown service according to the shift.
• Complete end-of-day tasks (prepare materials for the next shift, return unused equipment, fill out the assignment sheet).

Schedules

Numerous options are available: day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

• Wage of $25.13 after probation, -10% of the wage during probation.
