JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager the Reservations Agent is responsible for processing reservations, answering telephone calls, taking care of clients needs and various administrative tasks.

YOUR ROLE
- Answer and manage telephone calls
- Inform clients on availability, rates, specials, type of services
- Take reservations, follow up, changes and cancellations
- Manage hotel room availability on all channels, insuring Germain Hotels guest service standards is reflected across the board
- Always be aware of in house activities and events
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
- Hospitality diploma / degree or equivalent experience
- Problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work quickly and multi-task
- Good computer knowledge specifically with Word, Excel, Outlook and Opera an asset.
- Able to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of the hotel-boutique concept
- Excellent communication skills
- A second language an asset
