Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
Accompany guests through the full booking cycle via phone and email for short and long term requests
Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases, as well as preparing reports.
Foster strong relationships with guests, recognize and create sales opportunities and develop repeat business.
Manage the Online Travel Agencies inventory across Canada;

1-2 two years previous experience in the hospitality or corporate housing industry
Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels
Proficiency in GSuite, Zendesk, Social media platforms, Basecamp
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach

Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Excellent writing skills in both english and spanish
