POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice-President multi-residential division, the regional director will have to ensure the supervision of the personnel and the management of the buildings under his responsibility. In addition, the regional director will be called upon to supervise the marketing of certain new buildings under construction (pre-marketing, rental, delivery, commissioning of the building, etc.)


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be a key player in the organizational and operational changes that are necessary to increase customer satisfaction and exceeding goals
  • Develop and maintain cordial relations with the various stakeholders
  • Develop jointly with the building managers, a business plan and a budget to achieve the financial performance objectives set
  • Ensure the smooth running of operations while supervising the contractors working in the buildings
  • Ensures good communication in his work team in order to prevent the different

  • Implement and supervise the application of company policies and standards
  • Inspect the apartments to be renovated and ensure follow-up
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team offering services to the building and ensure the full execution of services at all times
  • Oversee the operation of the buildings and the daily implementation of the provision of unparalleled customer service
  • Participate in the continuous improvement teams at the head office to allow the company to remain the leader
  • Prepare, analyze and propose investments in projects or activities that increase the value of buildings
  • Support property managers in the development and implementation of rental and income development plans related to the various services

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in property management
  • Undergraduate university education in administration or any combination of equivalent work experience
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
