Requirements

<p>Education and experience<br><br>- Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism<br><br>- At least 1 year's work experience in the field or in customer service<br><br>- Use of software : Loventis, Otelo, Cloudbeds, Opera, etc.<br><br>- Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)<br><br>- Knowledge of booking channels: Booking.com, Expedia, HostelWorld, etc.<br><br>Skills<br><br>- Bilingual: fluent in written and spoken French and English<br><br>- Autonomy and decision-making<br><br>- Excellent customer service skills<br><br>- Ability to carry out monetary transactions<br><br>- Interpersonal skills and teamwork<br><br>- Knowledge of a 3rd language is an asset<br></p>
