A 5-star Relais & Châteaux lakeside inn, Manoir Hovey is looking for a Receptionist to join our award-winning team in the cuisines of Restaurant Le Hatley.
Under the supervision of our Concierge and Front Desk Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for the following:
- Welcoming guests upon their arrival, accompanying them to their room while providing basic information about the hotel and services.
- Taking reservations over the phone and processing the ones arriving through the online reservation system accordingly.
- Proceed to guests' departure and payment. Make sure their stay met their expectations.
- Answer guests questions, over the phone or by email.
- Provide a 5-star service in accordance to Relais & Châteaux standards at all time.
