POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are currently looking for a passionate person for the position of Receptionist to join our team. Working in this warm work environment is more than just a professional experience, it is the possibility of self-realization, of being recognized and valued.
Permanent part-time evening position, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the form of 6/15 and on call.
30 minutes from Montreal via Highway 10 E. 35 minutes from Granby via Highway 10 O.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
- Distribute notices to residents
- Ensure adequate communication between staff on different shifts
- Greet visitors
- Note and following up on all residents' requests
- Perform other related duties
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Receive and redirect incoming calls
- Salary to be discussed
