POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Do you have a passion for customer service and real estate? We are looking for a Receptionist / Customer Service at Cogir new office, Humaniti Montreal building in the international district near the entertainment district.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer, filter and forward incoming phone calls
  • Assist in the planning of conference rooms
  • Contributes to team effort by achieving related results as needed
  • Direct visitors to the right person and office
  • Greet guests upon arrival at the office
  • Greet visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answer or ask questions
  • Keep the phone list up to date
  • Maintain office security by following security procedures and controlling access through reception
  • Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area, conference rooms and kitchen by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Make sure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all the necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stocks
  • Perform other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and by phone / email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mailings / consignments
  • Support the team responsible for events

Requirements EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. French and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent knowledge of office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Salesforce an asset
  • High school diploma; additional certification in office management is a plus
