Requirements
Duties and responsibilities
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of front desk operations and customer service.
- Ensures the smooth running of various reception tasks (arrivals, departures, etc.).
- Ensures good interdepartmental communication.
- Assists the manager with payroll for the department.
- In the absence of the department manager, assumes responsibility for customer satisfaction.
- Performs all other related tasks.
