Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, the Front Desk Supervisor plans, organizes, directs and controls activities during his/her front desk shift.  He/she is responsible for the quality of customer service. The supervisor will also be responsible for the Night Auditors.

  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Be responsible for the work of the receptionists.
  • Apply and ensure the application of policies and standards
  • Manage, train, supervise, discipline and motivate the front desk staff and night auditors.
  • Perform various follow-ups with customers.
  • Perform various clerical tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to set one's own priorities and those of team members.
  • Work in coordination with other departments in the establishment.
  • Receive customer feedback and manage, process and follow-up on complaints.
  • Master all tasks assigned to receptionists.
