Job description
The candidate must have an innate sense of hospitality and is motivated by guest satisfaction. He/she is naturally detail-oriented and has an excellent sense of analysis to ensure the proper accounting management of the establishment. He/she enjoys working in a sometimes unpredictable environment where his/her creativity and sense of initiative are undeniable assets. He/she has an open and empathetic attitude towards the clientele and promotes effective communication with the establishment's internal and external services.
Requirements
- A sense of responsibility, initiative, and a high degree of autonomy are essential;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Ability to manage unexpected situations in a creative and professional manner;
- Relevant experience at the front desk in a hotel setting;
- Knowledge of the immediate;
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite;
- Knowledge of hotel management software (OnQ, an asset);
- Training in hotel management and/or accounting (an asset);
- Perfect bilingualism;
- Well-groomed presentation;
- Flexible availability (weekdays and weekends).
