control and record reservations
Invoice departing customers
All other tasks related to the reception
Requirements
In order to best fulfill your functions and best meet the satisfaction of our customers, you must
- to be punctual
- be reliable
- be available
- be bilingual (French English / written - spoken)
- calm in all situations
- have interpersonal skills
- versatile and resourceful
- knowledge of Hotello software is a major asset
