A well-established Convention Centre in the Greater Montreal region is seeking a creative, energetic skilled Pastry production cook who is a team player and will work alongside our talented Pastry Chef. Position is full-time and the successful candidate must have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience working in pastry production.
A solid grasp of traditional baking methods, pastry preparation, safe food storage & general food safety regulations
Assist in organizing and facilitating the day-to-day operations of the pastry department
Strict adherence to following in-house recipes with a strong attention to detail
Strong professionalism and work ethic in the kitchen
Keeping a clean and organized work space
Able to work a varied and flexible work schedule
