The selected candidate is someone who demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness in the elaboration of pastry. The pastry chef will be responsible for the work related to the preparation, the confection, the cooking, the decoration and the presentation of pastries and desserts. 


•       Prepare recipes or special orders;

•       Choose or elaborate recipes;

•       Act as a trainer for team members;

•       Determine the necessary ingredients and their quantities;

•       Cook prepared products;

•       Glaze and decorate desserts;

•       Ordering ingredients and supplies as needed;

•       Ensure the efficient inventory management to ensure the quality of the products used and minimize losses;

•       Ensure that the products used reach the quality standards required;

•       Ensure food security in accordance with health and safety standards;

•       Keeping the workplace and tools clean and orderly.



•       Bilingualism

•       Experience in team management;

•       Diploma in pastry making;

•       Attention to detail;

•       Significant experience in gourmet cuisine;

•       Ability to provide efficient banquet service;

•       Experience in a pastry job
