What we want

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Customer Experience, the Customer Experience Manager is responsible for managing the Customer Experience work teams to ensure smooth operations. He/she mainly performs management activities related to the optimization of the customer experience. He/she ensures administrative follow-ups, manages and supervises the work done by his/her team and ensures good relations with customers. He/she is responsible for the continuous improvement of processes and the development of his/her team.

What you will do

  • Participate in the development of organizational standards for the customer experience;
  • Ensure that customers receive an impeccable Spa experience, according to the standards dictated by the brand;
  • Follow up on customer complaints and resolve them satisfactorily;
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing procedures;
  • Supervise the teams and contribute to their development;
  • Ensure the smooth running of the opening and closing activities of the site by ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the premises;
  • Complete relevant reports on operations and instructions for any incident that occurs;
  • Promote active employee engagement to ensure established standards are met or exceeded;
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of employees and the development of work schedules;
  • Performs all other related duties.

Profile required

  • College diploma in tourism, hospitality or other relevant training;
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a management position;
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in customer service;
  • Bilingualism essential (French and English);
  • Ability to maintain good relations with customers and employees;
  • Inspiring and dynamic leadership;
  • Agile and good problem solving skills;


According to the salary scale in effect plus benefits related to Nordik Spa-Nature.

Work schedule

40 hours per week; schedule may vary day, evening and weekend.
