We are currently looking for a passionate Night Supervisor to join our Front Office team. Reporting directly to the Director of Rooms, the Night Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of night-time activities while delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations. With a strong sense of autonomy and attention to detail, you will be responsible for overseeing the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards throughout the night.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide exceptional guest service in accordance with established standards—whether during reservations, check-ins, check-outs, or special requests.
- Ensure customer service standards are applied consistently.
- Complete daily transaction audits and end-of-day processing.
- Handle guest arrivals and departures professionally and efficiently.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls courteously.
- Park guest vehicles with care and attention.
- Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department.

Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant experience in a hotel front desk or guest services environment
- Bilingual proficiency in spoken and written French and English (essential)
- A clean driving record and the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
- Education in hospitality management (an asset)
- Knowledge of property management systems (Opera is a strong asset)
- Good command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong sense of autonomy and initiative
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Team spirit, tact, and diplomacy
