Job description

Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures; ·

 Manage all incoming phone calls and processes new reservations;

· Address guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy; ·

Oversee all night audit functions; ·

Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions;

 · Balance all revenue and settlement accounts each night;

· Maintain organized files and prepare for the next day’s operations;

· Flexibility to undertake any other duties as required; Skills and qualifications:

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English. ·

 A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. ·

Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.

 Previous experience with ONQ PM is advantageous.

Availability for evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
