Job description

The successful candidate has an innate sense of hospitality and is motivated by guest satisfaction.  He/she is naturally detail-oriented and has an excellent sense of analysis to ensure the proper accounting management of the establishment.  A night owl, he enjoys working in a sometimes unpredictable environment where his creativity and sense of initiative are undeniable assets.  Warm and professional, he/she has an open and empathetic attitude towards the clientele and promotes effective communication with the establishment's internal and external services.

  • Perform all accounting duties for the nightly audition ;
  • Produce reports and forward them to the managers ;
  • Deposit Reconciliation ;
  • Ensure safety of the venue and guests;
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests;
  • Taking and routing phone calls;
  • Use discretion and respect guest confidentiality;
  • Perform any other related duties with enthusiasm.
  • May be required to move vehicles


  • Sense of responsibility, initiative and a high degree of autonomy are essential;
  • Attention to detail and attention to detail;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Ability to manage unexpected situations in a creative and professional manner;

  • Relevant experience at the front desk in a hotel setting;
