Key Responsibilities;

  •         Patrolling the Resort on foot and/ or in a vehicle in order to check whether there are any cases of, noise disturbance, fires, suspicious activity, vandalism etc.;

  •         Observe, investigate and intervene peacefully with guests or visitors in cases of non-conformity of policy and/or any case of behavior not permitted on the resort;

  •         The agent must report suspicious activities to the authority/police for intervention/correction actions;

  •         Maintain contact/good communication with the other team members for effective action;

  •         Complete/produce incident reports;

  •         Identifying guests/visitors at the main gate before granting them access to the resort grounds;

  •         Consistently offer professional, courteous and friendly service;

  •         Assisting people on the resort grounds who require directions and/or information;

  •         Escorting people to their desired destination if needed;

  •         Responding to complaints, alarms and the dispatched calls in order to decide about the type of actions, which need to be taken on the basis of the demand of the situation;

  •         Arming or disarming a chalet after thoroughly verifying this is a legitimate request and ensuring that it is in compliance with the resort policies.

Skills and requirements;

- Outstanding communication and problem solving skills;

- Decision making abilities and excellent judgement;

- Great observation and organizational skills;

- Good working stamina and stress tolerance;

- Strong enough to combat attacks or restrain an individual if required;

- Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license;

- First Aid and asset
