With a focus on innovative client service, team work and expert delivery, we are seeking an enthusiastic and proven Manager, Business Development to join Cantrav's sales team. The successful candidate is ideally bilingual, based in Montreal, and will have a focus on generating demand for Cantrav's services within the Montreal and Quebec region. In addition, the position is also responsible for representing all of Cantrav’s dynamic destinations and services. This role requires an organized, energetic and experienced individual with both a background in destination marketing and a demonstrated ability for sales.

Thorough, detail-oriented, and experienced, we are seeking a Manager of Business Development that has built existing relationships within the meeting, incentive and convention industry including Montreal’s hotel and hospitality sector; and local, regional and provincial destination marketing organizations. The ideal candidate can effectively develop sales/market segment plans and develop and implement sales strategies as a means of driving profitable business for Cantrav and its destinations.
