Location : 111 Rue Chabanel W #607, Montreal, QC H2N 1C8
Status : Part-time, permanent
Salary : $18-$20 per hour
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for repairs and cleaning of the building.
Job description:
- Apply plaster if necessary.
- Carry out painting work as required.
- Perform minor electrical work such as installing light fixtures, replacing old outlets and installing smoke detectors, if required.
- Maintain building envelope by applying sealants and caulking as required.

Education: High school (preferred)
Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Shift Details:
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
- On call
Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) required for this position, as we serve an international clientele.
