The Château Baie-Comeau residence is pleased to welcome a golden clientele, autonomous and semi-autonomous. There is a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home! We are currently looking for a person to fill a part-time night maintenance worker/concierge position.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 00h00 to 8h
Salary: between $16.88 and $18.18 per hour + night premium of $0.75
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment
- Supervise the maintenance of the equipment
