Job description
The residence of the Orchard, located in St-Jérôme, is looking for a person to fill a full-time maintenance manager position. The person in charge of maintenance is responsible for coordinating the activities of housekeeping attendants, managing requisitions and ensuring the care of the residence at all times. He or she performs various tasks related to the maintenance of the building and the management of maintenance and renovation projects.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Salary: $17.85/hour + bonus (to be discussed!)
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean entryways and common areas
- Maintain and clean the premises
- Make service calls
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Taking out the trash

Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:- High school diploma (SSD)
