Job description
A maintenance technician MAINTENANCE and public areas is an employee whose main function is to maintain the rooms, public places and workshops of the building, as well as the equipment and installations in order to ensure the proper functioning and cleanliness of the premises while making the customer's stay pleasant.
MAIN TASKS :
- Perform assigned area tasks;
- Maintain the premises, rooms, corridors, linen rooms and public areas;
- Maintain and keep order the premises, equipment and tools assigned;
- Wash the facilities following the completion of the work;
- Carry out repairs according to the required standards;
- Follow the standards of courtesy in customer service;
- Provide, as needed, special services such as responding to customer requests and informing them of hotel services;
- Direct customers to the right people;
- See to the observation and application of company regulations.
- General cleaning.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- General knowledge related to building maintenance;
- Autonomy & Versatility;
- Ease of communication;
- Courtesy & Sense of organization,
- Good physical condition,
- Calm under pressure, resistance to stress
- Honesty (Not having a criminal record),
- Bilingualism
- Flexible schedule (Available evenings, weekends and holidays)
- Basic knowledge of Android mobile devices
Work Schedule: On call From: Immediately
Requirements
- Knowledge of spoken and written French and English. Other language skills an asset;
- Full-time
- Weekend available
