POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Norgate located at 1285 Rue Décarie, Saint-Laurent, QC, Montreal is happy to welcome a golden clientele
The maintenance manager is responsible for coordinating the activities of the housekeeping attendants, managing requisitions and ensuring the custody of the buildings at all times. He performs various works related to the maintenance of the building and the management of maintenance and renovation projects.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Management

• Coordinate the work of the housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Efficiently Manage the equipment inventory
• Ensure that business processes are effective and resident services are of a high quality
• Establish quality standards that are in keeping with established norms
• Manage requisitions
• Plan the arrivals and departures of residents
• Work to ensure that the teams skills and knowledge is updated and maintained

Construction

• Be available to respond to emergencies
• Supervise the maintenance of the equipment

JOB STATUS: JOB SCHEDULE: Requirements EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma (SSD)
• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
