Requirements
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for repairing and maintaining the equipment and appliances of the hotel.
- Perform spontaneous repairs in response to various breakage
- Perform general repairs
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
- Make repairs to ensure the comfort of the client during his stay
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Perform interior and exterior maintenance of buildings
- Doing minor painting, carpentry, plumbing, locks, maintenance and repairs
- Clear the sidewalks, path, emergency exits, balconies and entrances
- Make water treatments in pools
- Perform end of season maintenance
- Exit, install, store and maintain equipment for each season's activities
- Exit, arrange and store seasonal furniture
- Work on special projects
- Undertake renovations
- Perform transportation and handling tasks
