Job description:
As a Technical Maintenance Attendant, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of hotel appliances and equipment. You will have to perform the following tasks:
Job duties:
- Perform spontaneous repairs;
- Perform general repairs;
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner;
- Make repairs to ensure customer comfort during their stay;
- Perform preventive maintenance;
- Perform interior and exterior building maintenance;
- Do small plastering, painting, carpentry, plumbing, locksmithing, general maintenance and repairs;
- Take out the garbage;
- Clear sidewalks, access ramps, emergency exits and entrances;
- Have basic knowledge of electricity;
- Be able to lift and move objects weighing 40 kg or more;
- Take out, install, store and maintain equipment necessary for each season's activities;
- Any other related tasks.
Education: High school diploma (DES) - Required
