Job description

<p>Reporting to the General Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Overseeing most aspects of the human resources function;</li> <li>Defining and improving HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and development);</li> <li>Monitoring change management initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employee engagement;</li> <li>Managing employee files, internal communication, and team well-being;</li> <li>Leading projects related to corporate culture development, including organizing activities, team events, and ongoing training programs;</li> <li>Performing any other related duties.</li> </ul>

Requirements

<li>Hold a diploma in Human Resources;</li> <li>Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position;</li> <li>Be fully bilingual;</li> <li>Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities;</li> <li>Show energy and passion for corporate culture development;</li> <li>Experience in the hospitality industry and/or in a unionized environment (an asset).</li>
