Description Summit Real Estate Management is a residential and commercial real estate management company that operates primarily in Montreal, Quebec. Summit currently manages throughout the city of Montreal more than 1,000 high-end rental housing and several commercial buildings. His portfolio is in full expansion. The coordinator's mission will be to support managers in the sustainable management of employees within the group. Its mandate will be articulated as follows: - Assist the Operations Manager and other managers in the management of human resources, including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, performance appraisals, assigned tasks, development and employee training to maintain the required level of expertise and employment purposes; - Write, modify and update job descriptions; - View job openings on different job sites and manage job applications; - Conduct phone interviews and in person; - Write employment contracts; - Be responsible for welcoming new employees and their orientation; - Maintain employee records; - Write disciplinary notices and be present at meetings with employees; - Control and enforce health and safety policies and procedures and in emergency situations. Report irregularities immediately, if possible, and all health and safety hazards; - Help in the management of work accidents; - Understand and master the various laws related to employment in force (LNT, LATMP, Labor Code, Decree on the maintenance staff of public buildings in the Montreal area, etc.) and ensure their respect ; - Participate in management team meetings; - Perform any other related task.
