- Replaces the Housekeeper when she is on leave and ensures optimal manpower management and cost control.
- Distributes the workload to each of the room attendants on a daily basis.
- Ensures impeccable presentation of units at all times.
- Inspects units after cleaning. Review with the room attendants any problems that may have occurred.
- Checks and inspects bedding and bathroom towels.
- Assists the Housekeeper in training the department employees in cleaning techniques and products.
Requirements
Exigences:
Bilinguisme essentiel.
Sens du service à la clientèle.
Organisé(e) et méthodique.
Professionnel, autonome et responsable
Être disponible à travailler fins de semaine.
Expérience en supervision est un atout.
