Creating a pleasant working environment for Corporate Stays colleagues is just as important as turning simple moments into unforgettable memories for our guests. Your skills to coordinate and organize the work will help your teams to guarantee a stay under the sign of hospitality and luxury.
Your role:
- Responsible for the organization of the day.
- Planning and management of employee schedules based on the occupancy rate.
- Manage customer requests and direct them to the right people.
- Exceed the expectations of colleagues and clients by providing them with an efficient and impeccable service.
- Manage customer complaints and follow up with supervisors and assistants.
- Work in harmony to ensure exceptional customer service and teamwork.
- Work closely with the concierge and reservations team.
- All other related tasks.
Experience and skills include
- Diploma in hotel management an asset
- Fluent level of English and French would be a plus
- Excellent organization, structured, methodical, efficient, rigorous
- Able to communicate effectively
- Passion for customer service
- Able to work under pressure while remaining very well organized
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Able to work in an environment that requires quick reactions and a strong sense of initiative.
- Good computer skills
- Be available to work weekends
- Driver's license required
Job Type: Full-Time Freelancer
Shift: 40 hours per week~ Rotation Weekends
No work permit required
