POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Manoir Outremont residence is currently looking for a candidate for the occasional redevelopment, related to the apartments: Plaster, Painting. This position is for both men and women.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Be available to respond to emergencies
  • Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
