Tasks and Responsibilities

• Registers guests upon arrival and completes check-out efficiently and professionally.
• Properly assigns rooms (rates, special requests, etc.).
• Takes, modifies, or cancels reservations and notes any special requests. Informs guests of hotel policies.
• Adopts a proactive approach in handling guest concerns/issues. Applies the service recovery plan in case of service gaps.
• Exchanges information on room status, VIPs, priorities, early or extended departures with the housekeeping department.
