We manage over 200 units and 6 hotels for short and long-term stays.
From hassle-free self-check-ins to luxurious toiletries, we provide all our guests with the privacy of a home away from home, without the formalities of a hotel.
We are seeking hospitality agents, the face of Simplissimmo. This versatile role is perfect for those who love hospitality and thrive on serving our clients, without the inconvenience of night shifts or standing at a reception desk. If you are bilingual, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving customer issues while catering to their requests throughout the day, we would love to hear from you! Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and SMS, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Managing client registrations and processing payments.
- Guiding customers through the Simplissimmo experience, ensuring an incredible first impression.
- Coordinating with the maintenance team to address minor maintenance and technology issues, such as furniture stain removal, unit access, Wi-Fi connectivity, etc.
- Ensuring systematic adherence to hospitality standards by coordinating with inventory checks and housekeeping.

Requirements
Job Opportunity - Hospitality Agent at Simplissimmo
Requirements:
- Positive and customer-focused mindset
- Flexible schedule with weekend availability (35-40 hours/week)
- Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills (in person and over the phone)
- Thrives in a fast-paced and stimulating startup environment
- Comfortable with computer tools and quick to learn new software systems
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
- Problem-solving skills with a willingness to seek assistance when needed
- Familiarity with using mobile applications for team collaboration and communication
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, service, or customer-facing roles
- Regular access to a reliable smartphone
