Our Hospitality Agents are the face of Simplissimmo. This is one of the most versatile roles at the company and perfect for anyone who loves hospitality and finds fulfillment in serving our guests, without the inconvenience of overnight shift or standing front-desk position. You are a bilingual computer savvy, detail-oriented individual who thrives in problem-solving guest issues and satisfying guest requests throughout the day.   • Respond to day-to-day guest requests, issues, and other outreach by phone, email and text
  • Manage client’s registration and payment processing
  • Guide guests through the Simplissimmo experience, ensuring they have an amazing first impression
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate with maintenance team minor maintenance and technology issues (e.g., upholstery stain removal, access to units, wifi connectivity…)
  • Coordinate with housekeeping inventory checks to ensure that hospitality standards are met consistently
  • Answer client feedback
  • Guest-centric and positive mindset
  • Flexible schedule and is open to working weekends (35-40h /week) Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and by telephone
  • Thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing, always challenging startup environment
  • Comfort with working on computer and on different platform with rapidly shifting priorities
  • Skills and Ability to learn and master multiple software systems;
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
  • Comfort in independent problem solving with the humility to ask for help when needed
  • Unintimidated by using mobile apps while in the field for team collaboration and communication
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in hospitality, service, and/or customer experience
  • This role requires regular access to a reliable smartphone
