Description

- Ensure outstanding and consistent guest service is provided for guests
- Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate areas, in a pleasant and timely manner;
- Have proficient knowledge of the resort and region’s activities and attractions;
-  Help maintain cleanliness and the professional image of the hotel;
- Assist and help other colleagues;
- Be willing to work on split shifts and night shifts;
- Have knowledge of the hotel’s availability, rates and various packages;
- Assist with the luggage handling service;
- Check guests into or out of the hotel;
- Greet and inform guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner;
- Assist guests with their luggage;
- Book reservations for day of arrival or future stays, by phone or in person, at the counter;
- Participate in department meetings as well as training sessions;
- Accomplish all related tasks assigned by management;

Requirements

- Bilingual (English/French);
- Proficient knowledge in front office systems;
- Must be able to work under pressure;
- A degree or diploma in the hotel field will be considered an asset;
