The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for the well-being of our guests and owners during their stay at Mont Tremblant Resort.

This is a strategic position with a variety of tasks. Annual salary of $ 50,000.

Founded in 2007, Tremblant Elysium is a company specializing in the high-end. 

You will join a qualified team and enjoy a beautiful work environment. Your schedule can be flexible and include periods of telecommuting. 

Annual ski pass, uniform, coffee, start and end of season BBQ with the other team members, free parking, etc. A vehicle with assigned parking will also be provided for travel during the day.

The work week runs from Thursday to Monday (Tuesdays and Wednesdays off). The coordinator is on call until 8:00 pm. Some of the duties may be telecommuting.

Job Overview:

  1. He or she inspects residences before clients/owners arrive and after they leave.
  2. Prepares homes (warming) prior to guest/owner arrival.
  3. On-site and by telephone, he/she responds to customer inquiries and provides assistance as needed.
  4. Other related duties.

Requirements

  1. The ideal candidate can easily anticipate the needs of customers, with courtesy.
  2. He or she must be able to express himself or herself clearly in French and English, written and oral.
  3. He or she is a quick problem solver and resourceful.
  4. He or she is committed to a job well done and does his or her best to contribute to a memorable stay for his or her clients.
  5. He or she must be able to multi-task effectively and be comfortable with phone calls.
  6. He or she is committed to providing a professional image, both on the phone and in the presence of guests.
