We're looking for someone with a passion for sales, business development, organizing unforgettable moments and events, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you're ready to actively contribute to all sales segments, canvass the local market and coordinate every logistical aspect with precision, you could be the ideal addition to our team!

What will your role be?

- Actively contribute to the development of our various sales segments: Room blocks, groups and events, through direct development and representation.

- Approach/prospect the corporate market as well as the local market: weddings, galas, social and corporate events.

- Advise and create attractive sales proposals that reflect customer needs (theme, venue, menus, etc.).

- Plan visits to our facilities: meeting rooms and bedrooms to close sales

- Use management tools and sales systems to maximize planning and execution.

- Respect deadlines and schedules established for each event.

- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, service providers and subcontractors to ensure a memorable experience.

- Facilitate collaboration between teams involved in the event.

- All other related tasks

Requirements

Qualifications and skills required:

- Attention to detail and customer service a priority;

- Professional attitudes and behaviors (aptitude for teamwork, autonomy, dynamism, interpersonal skills, honesty, versatility, punctuality, sense of initiative and organization, good communication skills);

- Speed of execution and tolerance of working under pressure.

- Excellent command of the French and English languages, both written and spoken;

- At least 2 to 3 years' experience in sales or event management in the hospitality industry;

- Familiarity with various computer systems;

- Knowledge of hotel software is an asset.
