POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for GENERAL Directors for the private seniors' residence Le Domaine des Forges, located in the heart of Sainte-Rose, in Laval, along the Rivière des-Mille- he is.

Under the responsibility of the regional management and in collaboration with the team on site, the general responsibilities are to plan, organize and direct all the activities of the establishment while ensuring to create a working environment that promotes development as well as employee mobilization.


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Attend meetings of various committees
  • Ensure the efficiency of operational processes and the quality of services
  • Ensure the optimization of human resources in a context of operational and financial efficiency
  • Ensuring profitability

Requirements EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, management, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of analyzing business plans and financial statements
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in the field of property management, hospitality or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of HOPEM (an asset)
