Key Responsibilities;

  • Responsible of the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, buildings / chalets (indoor and outdoor) and landscaping and ensure cleanliness of the Resort;
  • Inspect, install, alter, repair, maintain and verify chalets, buildings, common areas (tennis, swimming pools, volleyball and lake access etc.) equipment and facilities (such as changing the lights , painting, and minor repairs as needed);
  • Ensure/maintain pre-establish preventive maintenance performance of equipment, chalets and buildings;
  • Lift and / or manually carry heavy loads (table, chairs, cot, BBQ …);
  • Waste/garbage collection of each cottage and of the Recreation Centre and ensure the cleanliness of the common areas of the entire site;
  • Inspection of rented chalets (check-out) and report to management of any damages;
  • To respond to the needs/requests of guests within the policies, timeframe and procedures established by management;
  • Assist and participate to the winterization and summarization of the Resort (remove/store patio furniture, pool supplies, BBQ, etc…)

- Able to multiple tasks, manage situations and requests at the same time;

- Ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances;

- Be available and flexible (day / evening and weekend);

- Attitudes and professional behavior (skills for teamwork, autonomy, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, honesty, flexibility, sense of initiative, etc.);

- Be comfortable with the public - customer service oriented;

- Good physical condition - able to lift 50lbs;

- Skilled in manual labor;

- Bilingual an asset;

- Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license
