Full time guest service supervisor
We are looking for a full time guest service supervisor. The schedule (subject to change based on needs) would be usually Wednesday to Sunday from 3:30pm to 11:30pm. The salary (non negociable) will be $44845 and will be increased at $47091 after 480 hours worked. Task : supervising front desk employees, act as manager on duty for the entire hotel, making sure that an excellent guest service is delivered, resolving complaints, making sure all the tasks are completed by the front desk correctly, working with the staff at the front desk (check in, check, out, reservation, etc).
Fully billingual French and English. Minimum 3 years of experience at the front desk, management experience is a plus as well as good computer knowledge. Must be flexible for their schedule.
