Description

Working alongside the Front desk Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for the following;

-          Lead by example and motivate a team

-          Provide excellent service to our clients

-          Resolve issues in a timely and candid manner

-          Ensure a pleasant working atmosphere

-          Assist the Front desk Manager in training, implementing procedures and policies

-          Responsible to respond to emergency situations, as necessary

-          Perform other duties as assigned

-          Responsible for petty cashes

Requirements

The candidate must fulfill the following requirements;

-          Must have great interpersonal skills

-          Must be able to communicate effectively (written & verbal) in English and French

-          Strong decision making/problem solving skills

-          Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast pace environment

-          “Hands on” approach with day to day operational duties and projects

-          Must be able to deal efficiently and proactively regarding unforeseen situations

-          Must be flexible regarding working weekends, holidays, days and evenings

-          Must have at least 1 year experience in a similar position

-          Must be a Canadian citizen or have permanent work status

-          IQware knowledge an asset
